Your Company undertakes to inform the Hong Kong Tourism Board upon its receipt of any notice of such complaint.

There have not been any justified complaints made against Your Company within the period of 12 months before the date hereof to the Hong Kong Tourism Board or other relevant bodies or authorities, and for which Your Company had received a negative judgment.

Your Company has a privacy policy available on its website that complies with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) as amended by the Privacy Amendment (Enhancing Privacy Protection) Act 2012 (Cth), and as otherwise amended from time to time (the “Privacy Law”), and has practices, procedures and systems in place that comply with the Privacy Law.

Your Company must be involved in providing products and / or services to inbound visitors to Hong Kong.

Your Company is duly registered, incorporated or otherwise validly exists under the applicable laws and holds all necessary and valid licenses and permits for the operation of its business.

Your Company also grants the Hong Kong Tourism Board permission to share the information Your Company provides with agents, contractors or third party service providers as part of its business operations, and agrees that information provided by Your Company may be displayed on this website for sharing with other TPs.
